Dr. Mehwish Shahid
Licensed Psychologist | PSY 34997
Anxiety and OCD can make a child’s world feel smaller: skipped activities, endless reassurance, mornings that end in tears. The good news is that these are among the most treatable conditions in childhood. In our work together, kids and teens learn to face their fears step by step, and parents learn how to coach them through it, so the progress lasts long after therapy ends.
